However with high competition nowadays, more clients prefer to develop some innovative and exclusive mould. Now the merchandise has become increasingly alike. Being different can enhance brand recognition and product profits. Some might worry the process is complex and costly. They are not able to handle with limited resources. Well we are here to help. Process ：
1 – Our customer sends us the design and a technical sheet, defines the product size and the approximate display out look, which can be a 2D drawing. Their logo can be added on the design and engraved on the mold.

2- We evaluate the mould cost and send a estimated product quotation.

3- Our own designers make 3D drawings free of charge. (Usually a 3D drawing costs USD200 in the market, while we’d like to offer this service free of charge). Generally, it takes a week to make drawings.Upon finished,we will submit and explain the details of 3D drawings to our customer.They will get back to us where need to make improvements until the final 3D drawings are confirmed by the customer.

4- The customer pays for 3D prototype. Generally, the cost is between USD60 and USD150. The prototype is made of plastic ABS, which can be painted and sprayed with customized colors.According to the product size and detailed requirements, the prototype needs 1 week to be ready, and then it is sent to the customer. If any part needs to improve, we need to adjust the design drawings again. If the prototype needs to be reconfirmed, we need to make it again until it is finally confirmed.

5 – After confirmation, we will issue the mold contract and double confirm the product price.( The mold cost appx.USD1000-1500)

6- Then we will procee to make the mold.The mold development lead time is about 35 days.We will make mold sample and send to the customer.

7- According to our customer’s opinion, make small adjustments to the mold, such as thickness,not size and shape. It takes 10 days to the mold adjustment,and the mold will be adjusted once.

8 – Send the sample to the customer again. After confirmation, place the mass production order and proceed the production.
