At first let me introduce how we fulfill an order in factory, Once customers are satisfied with the prices and interested in moving forward making them, we are generally required to send stock samples so that they can evaluate product quality, some customers choose to skip this round for some reasons, Our company only provide you the best quality products which represents the highest standard in this industry. so even if you do not have samples, we guarantee you will be still satisfied after the next step.
Then we proceed to make new samples with your own print design or in any colour your designate, we custom and will show you how it looks. this will need sample charge to make printing plate and new samples (without any update on the print, no need to pay again for printing plate in production and future orders, only one charge for Printing plate and it lasts forever). Sample lead time usually is 15days. after this period, you will see the final products in your beautiful artworks.
Once samples confirmed, we can move to production with signed order contract and deposit. skip the manufacturing.. Order is about to finish, we invite our collaborative third-party inspection people to inspect production and issue report to prove production quality. after everything is acceptable, we receive order Balance and we contact your shipping forwarder to confirm delivery date. meanwhile, you will be in touch with your shipping forward to confirm the shipping date. In the last we deliver production to Ningbo port to do exporting customs clearance. Till now, order is delivered and fully fulfilled…BASED ON FOB term
One Notice: If you do not have shipping forwarder that can assist you arranging shipping, we can check with our own forwarder to do the work for you. they can ship to your nearby port or destination(Yes door to door).
So FOB only last to production being finished exporting customs clearance in export port(Ningbo or Shanghai). if you want the route to be longer. such as to your nearby port(Copenhagen or Goteborg). it is no problem. shipping network has been globally connected. we can deliver to the sea port you designated, to Rotterdam, to London, To Hamburg etc. In this case, you only need to pay for the sea freight charge. but notice we can deliver to the port. but the following import customs clearance charge and customs duty will be paid by yourself instead of us and we will not deliver further beyond of port area. which means after we delivered to port, you will still need a shipping agent to have the cargo delivered from sea port to your warehouse. We call this trade CFR(cost and freight) term.
But you think it is still a little troublesome, then Door To Door will solve this pain. Give us the address where your warehouse is located, we can offer door to door service but the customs duty still needs to be paid by you. Shipping forwarder still have difficulties to find out correct duty rate in each country. All you need to do is paying the tax in website after you receive notification from customs department. This is DDU(delivered duty unpaid) tern we often talked.
